About ERDO

Envision of Rapid Development Organization (ERDO) is a Somaliland-based, non-governmental organization established in 2020 to address humanitarian needs while advancing long-term resilience and inclusive development. ERDO was founded by Somali humanitarian and development professionals in response to recurrent climate shocks, displacement, poverty, and limited access to essential services.

ERDO prioritizes underserved and hard-to-reach populations, including internally displaced persons, women, children, youth, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities. Our work is grounded in community ownership, accountability to affected populations, and alignment with national development priorities.
